Website terms
These notes are a public summary, published in October 2026. They are not a solicitor-drafted contract. A paid piece of work is governed by the scope and price we confirm with you in writing, which may be by email, before that work starts.
Who you are dealing with
Tenderwright is operated by Beyond Culture Ltd, company number 14814879, registered office 11 Yarn Croft, Astley, Manchester, England, M29 7PL. A dedicated Tenderwright company has not been formed. Until it is, Beyond Culture Ltd is the operator.
The service
The service is three things, agreed in the scope for each engagement:
- Finding relevant UK public procurement notices.
- A written bid or no-bid recommendation.
- A first-draft bid pack, when you decide to proceed.
You, or someone you authorise, submit any tender. You remain responsible for the facts, the pricing, the commitments, and the deadline. We are not a firm of solicitors, and the service is not legal advice.
Prices
The published prices are £395/month for the retainer, £750 for a standard pack, and £1,250 for a full pack. They are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. If VAT applies, we will say so before you are invoiced. There is no success fee. This website does not take payment.
AI
AI may assist the wording of a first draft. A person checks the draft before it is sent to you. You check it before it is sent to a buyer. Where a notice asks about AI use, including under Procurement Policy Note 017, the draft can include a plain disclosure of that use. We do not supply confidential buyer documents, or your non-public information, for the purpose of training an AI model.
What the pages on this site are
The pages describe the service and the published prices. They are an invitation to enquire. They become a piece of work only when both sides have agreed the scope and the price by email or another written form.
Law
These website terms are intended to be read under the law of England and Wales. The written terms of a paid engagement prevail if they differ.
