Tenderwright

For UK organisations of about 5 to 100 people

Know which public tenders are worth your time.

We search Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, write a bid or no-bid, and prepare a first-draft pack a person has checked. You check it, and you submit it.

How it works

Find, then decide, then draft.

You agree a brief. We search, recommend, and draft.

  1. Find

We agree what you sell, where you can deliver it, and the contract size you can take. We then search Contracts Finder and Find a Tender.

  2. Bid or no-bid

You get a written recommendation, with the reasons, before a draft starts. A clear no is part of the service.

  3. First-draft pack

If you proceed, we draft from the notice and from facts you supply. A person at Tenderwright checks it. You check it, then you submit it.

Compare

Where the hours go.

A comparison of the work, not a promise that you will win.

Finding notices

Doing it yourself

You build filters on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, then keep checking them around the rest of the job.

With Tenderwright

We search both against a brief you agree: what you sell, where you can work, and the size of contract you can take.

Bid or no-bid

Doing it yourself

The decision often arrives after someone has already started writing.

With Tenderwright

You get a written recommendation, with the reasons, before a draft starts.

The response

Doing it yourself

A blank document, the questions, and a deadline.

With Tenderwright

A first draft shaped to the questions in the notice, from facts you supply.

Checking it

Doing it yourself

Whoever is writing checks the text in the time left before the deadline.

With Tenderwright

A person at Tenderwright checks the draft before you see it. You check it again before it goes to a buyer.

AI disclosure

Doing it yourself

If a tool was used informally, the disclosure question is easy to miss.

With Tenderwright

Where a notice asks, we help you say plainly that AI assisted the draft and a person verified it.

Sending it in

Doing it yourself

You submit the tender.

With Tenderwright

You submit the tender. The commitments in it stay yours.

Pricing

Three published prices.

We agree which one applies, and the scope, by email before any work starts.

Ex VAT

A standing search of public notices, and a written bid or no-bid on the ones we put forward.

  • Search of Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, against a brief we agree.
  • A written bid or no-bid on each notice we flag.
  • A short monthly note you can share with a colleague.

One notice

Standard pack

£750

Ex VAT

A written bid or no-bid, and a first-draft response, for one straightforward notice.

  • A reading of the notice and the buyer documents you provide.
  • A written bid or no-bid before a draft is written.
  • A first draft of the core response, from facts you supply.
  • A check by a person at Tenderwright before the draft is sent to you.

One heavier notice

Full pack

£1,250

Ex VAT

The standard pack, plus first-draft answers for a longer set of questions.

  • Everything in the standard pack.
  • First-draft answers for longer questions, such as method, experience, and social value, where the notice asks for them.
  • A list of gaps only you can fill, such as figures, policies, and named people.

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. If VAT applies, we say so before you are invoiced. A pack is a first draft for you to check, complete, and submit. There is no success fee. Payment is arranged by email, not on this website.

How we use AI

A person checks every draft.

AI may assist wording. It does not decide the bid, and it does not submit the tender.

Our practice

  • AI may assist the wording of a first draft.
  • Bid or no-bid is a recommendation written by a person.
  • A person at Tenderwright checks the draft against your material before you see it.
  • You check it again. You submit it. The facts and the commitments stay yours.
  • Where a notice asks, we help you disclose that use in plain language.
  • We do not use confidential buyer documents, or non-public information you give us, to train an AI model.

If a buyer asks

Procurement Policy Note 017 asks central government departments, executive agencies, and non-departmental public bodies to understand when a supplier has used AI in a tender. Other buyers may do the same. Supplier use of AI is not prohibited.

Read Procurement Policy Note 017 on GOV.UK (opens in a new tab)

The note is guidance for those public bodies. Our practice is not a statement of the law.

Who it is for

Suppliers who can do the work.

The work is a UK public contract you can deliver.

A good fit

  • You are a UK organisation of about 5 to 100 people, with no bid writer on staff.
  • You are losing hours on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender.
  • You want a reasoned no as much as a finished draft.
  • You will stand behind every fact, figure, and example.

Not a fit

  • You need a promise of winning. We have none to give.
  • You want figures, certifications, or case studies we would have to invent.
  • Your in-house bid team wants a blank template.
  • You need a private-sector sales proposal. We work on UK public notices.
  • You are buying. This service is for suppliers.

FAQ

Straight answers.

A question about a live notice is an email to hello@tenderwright.co.uk. That message starts an enquiry. It does not add you to a list.

What does Tenderwright do?

We find UK public notices that fit your organisation, give a written bid or no-bid, and, when you proceed, prepare a first-draft bid pack. The retainer covers the finding and the bid or no-bid. A standard or full pack can also start from a notice you already have.

Which websites do you search?

Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. If a notice on those services points to documents held elsewhere, we work from the documents you can provide. We do not watch every framework, dynamic market, or private portal.

Who sends the tender to the buyer?

You do, or someone you authorise. You check the draft, complete anything only you know, and submit it. The pricing, the facts, and the commitments stay yours.

How is AI used?

AI may assist the wording of a first draft. A person writes the bid or no-bid, and a person at Tenderwright checks the draft before you see it. You check it before a buyer does. Where the notice asks, we help you disclose that use in plain language. The short account is in How we use AI.

Do you send marketing email?

Not because you visited. A visit does not add you to a mailing list. If you email us, we use that address to reply about your enquiry.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not send unsolicited marketing. If we later email an existing customer about a similar service, we will have offered an opt-out when the address was collected, and that message will include a simple way to opt out. That is the soft opt-in under PECR.

What do you need from us?

A short brief: what you sell, where you can work, and the size of contract you can deliver. For a pack, we also need the notice, the buyer documents, and the facts only you know, such as people, past work, policies, and numbers. We ask about gaps. We do not fill them in.

Are these the real prices?

Yes. Retainer £395/month. Standard pack £750. Full pack £1,250. They are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. We confirm which price applies, and the scope, by email before work starts. There is no success fee.

Is this legal advice?

No. We help you find notices, decide whether to bid, and draft a response. We are not solicitors, and this is not advice on procurement law. If a notice raises a legal question, take your own advice.

Who operates Tenderwright?

Beyond Culture Ltd, company number 14814879, while a dedicated company is being formed. The registered office and the public register link are in the footer.
