Privacy notice
This is a short notice for the Tenderwright website, published in October 2026. It describes what this site does today. A fuller notice will replace it before we take payment through the site, or store enquiry data anywhere other than email.
Who we are

What this website collects
The site has no contact form, no account, and no payment. The email buttons open a message in your own mail software. That message is not sent to, or stored by, this website.
If you email us, we receive the message in our mailbox, along with whatever you include, such as your name, organisation, and the details of a notice. We use that information to reply about your enquiry and, if we both agree, to carry out the work. We keep the thread for as long as we need it for that conversation, for the work, and for ordinary business records.
Marketing email
Visiting this site does not add you to a mailing list. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not send unsolicited marketing. If you email us, we reply about that enquiry.
If we later email an existing customer about a similar service, we will have offered a way to opt out when the address was collected, and every such message will include a simple way to opt out. That is the soft opt-in under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Cookies and analytics
This version of the site is not set up with advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before those tools are switched on.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. An email provider processes messages sent to hello@tenderwright.co.uk so that we can receive and reply to them. If a future engagement needs another supplier, such as an accountant, we will say so when it is relevant to your work.
Your requests
You can email hello@tenderwright.co.uk to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an enquiry thread we no longer need. We will reply. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
